How do the neighbors plan the development? If they build more with the slope, it will be expensive for you, really expensive. It's not cheap to develop the plot like that anyway. Hello.... :cool:, it wasn’t my fault, the building authority didn’t want it any other way.

My architect already said that with 3m, the basement is a good “investment.” I would never build without a basement anymore, except on a mirror-flat plot. But then really big, including a cleaning lady and an au pair :p

Unfortunately, I can't laugh about that. I was actually referring to the shadows of the house if the south/west side is there. But the question about the direction of the slope will probably still be overlooked the third time.
