But at least the secondary, smaller spaces should be optimized. These would be, for example, the cloakroom, which is so uncomfortable and tiny and even considered a passageway. For me, that's not acceptable at all – despite a waist size of 38, I would avoid that thing like the plague... The 180 in the kitchen is rather too much; 90/100/ -> max 120 would also suffice. Ps: with a gable roof with u150 KS, the toilet won’t work. For the bathtub and other furniture pieces, of course: draw in realistic dimensions. The bathtub that is supposed to go into this house, I would avoid too, it’s so tiny... and therefore it makes sense to check all the other rooms regarding their usage and dimensions... the bed doesn’t fit in the bedroom as it is now...

I see exactly as you do. Only in the end, that it is coherent, I do not come to that. The "generosity" here brings neither a better sense of space nor more room. The utility rooms are partly very tight and the circulation area is large. If one were to make something special out of the circulation area, such as a central atrium (for which the building is too small) or a breathtaking staircase, then I would be on board. But I do not see that. Surely one can live well in the house, I do not doubt that. It is just a pity about the money invested in cubic meters without really bringing anything. What can be done better within the framework of the specifications – I do not know. As an architect, I would challenge the specifications.

Well, the bed in the drawing is 2m x 2.2m and fits in well.
In the kitchen, at least 120cm between the island and workstations is mandatory; we have already been to a kitchen builder and anything less than 120cm is definitely too tight to work properly.

Nooo... you can't even get into the bed upright at the top of the plan, and I wouldn't want my bed the way it's planned, it would even be a no-go for me.

Nothing is mandatory and if it were, everything under 120 would be prohibited. Anything above that is and would be for many culinary artists too great a distance for effective cooking and to avoid. The attentive kitchen designer knows that!

Where did I overlook that specifications were talked about? An architect had already been active and had delivered a McMansion Hell Scandimerican Farmhouse 80's Edition, which the builders have meanwhile at least mitigated with the assistive counter-design into the usual cross-bay villa instead. That may still by no means be beautiful, but it is relatively a commendable progress. I recommend as the next step another counter-design - but this time abstract on the conceptual level - to develop instead of working out a concrete set of floor plans [I].
