Too little own contribution.

We only allow the shell construction with floor slab to be provided.

I would politely call that "ambitious." Wouldn't it be better to build in stone instead? - in my opinion, that is much more suitable for DIY, both regarding the own work and the combination with the professionally contracted trades. And besides, I would advise against such a highly detailed design.

For me, a bay window like that is always somehow Gelsenkirchen Baroque.

The bay window no longer has 45-degree corners, but now 90 degrees.

,,,,,,and right there it then starts to become dangerous in my opinion, when a somewhat coherently designed (if this house is liked) begins to be changed here and there and also to interfere with the facade. Few changed details are already capable of damaging an entire appearance visually. I feel similarly and had hoped that this would have been banned in the meantime, because I, an idiot, was talked into having such a thing for the staircase many years ago. Such a rectangular bay window would rather be classified as a projection/recess in my case alone because I don’t even want to hear the word for the reasons mentioned. Let’s see which current must-have we will regret and be ashamed of in 10-20 years—

Even then it still makes no sense at all and only costs money. Save your money on the bay window and rather invest it in craftsmanship instead of EL. Somewhere I read something about a modern wooden house, but now it's a traditional Swedish house after all (for which the existing design fits better). What still leaves me with a gut feeling is that you yourselves don’t quite know where this is going. By the way, there is also a modern interpretation of the Swedish house. Just Google "trivselhus" – I believe the German homepage of this manufacturer no longer exists, I recommend the Swedish original homepage anyway (that's simply trivselhus with .se). As far as I know, they no longer build in Germany, but just for inspiration. There are very good examples of modern Swedish houses there, also partly on tricky plots. Just have a look for yourself. And still, the bedroom, the room that is only used at night, is the nicest room on the upper floor – the children (or some room that could be used during the day) end up in the dark corner. I still don’t find that brilliant.
