Absolute 100% recommendation for HS858GBX6, truly by far the best oven so far!



I also find that extremely cheeky right now!! I was basically dismissed with that.

Can I still make use of this right if I have agreed to repair up to 2 times?

Has the seller even tried to fix it yet, or did they refer you to the manufacturer?

But yes, basically you should be free to choose!

When my complaints occurred, I contacted the seller and he immediately referred me to the factory service.

The corresponding appointments were on 6.10.22, 18.10.22, 5.12.22 and 16.3.23. Since they keep telling me that the errors, despite my video evidence, cannot be detected, I haven't called there since.

But somehow it really gets on my nerves, the devices shouldn't have cost only 2-3k with a total kitchen price of just under 21k from 2021...

Of course, the first step is to try to fix it. A new device costs around 2,000 EUR and the technician from the factory service costs nothing because it runs under warranty/ goodwill if they find something.
What is the seller supposed to do themselves? That is the responsibility of the factory service within the warranty. If the kitchen installer fiddles with it themselves, the warranty is void.

With the dishwasher... I also have a Siemens and yes, it is sometimes quite loud. I also know the problem of tabs not dissolving from AEG, so I only use liquid dishwasher detergent now.

The problem with the cooktop is actually that you can't reproduce the error.
Like with a car. If the master mechanic can't detect the noise during the test drive, what can they do?
In this case, a replacement would actually be appropriate if the problem isn't fixed the third time.
How often does it occur? That also plays a role. Such a cooktop is now basically a computer, it can freeze...

With the microwave, the fan is probably on its way to some earthly place again.
That's unfortunate but can happen.
Have it replaced again, maybe you just got two poor-quality ones.

And with the fridge... the argument "I've always done it this way" unfortunately doesn't hold. You have to maintain your devices as the manufacturer prescribes.
I also can't put diesel in an ID.4 because I've done that with vehicles for 20 years.

It happened quite often, although I must admit we have cooked much less recently, but just last weekend it happened 3-4 times. I understand that technology can fail sometimes, but not the majority of devices.

Yes, you are basically right! But the yellowing already started before I even used any cleaning agent, otherwise I would have admitted maybe I used something wrong.

I will contact customer service again soon. Before that, I’m going on vacation, then I can forget the frustration and approach the matter again rationally!

Otherwise, just contact the manufacturer directly, say you are very disappointed, will never buy Siemens again, let alone recommend it to anyone, etc.

Phew, 3-4 times on weekends is often. Then it can hardly be argued away.

As long as the function is given, I see hardly any prospects of success with the refrigerator, though. No one just replaces a 2,000 EUR device because it is slightly yellowed somewhere.
