Then minimize. I built the place because I want to live in it. If that is no longer possible and it has to be sold, so much has gone wrong that the price doesn’t matter to me anyway, because life is already in ruins.

Sure, first you don’t want to prepare anything and then suddenly you have a coaxial cable from the attic available in the HAR?! How did it get there? I don’t understand why people argue so sharply about this topic right away. For a few hundred euros, I have (for myself) an added value and don’t have to worry about it later. Just like I laid power cables and network cables outside, even without a fixed use case yet. Or an empty conduit crossing under the paved area. Or or or. If you don’t want or need all that, fine. But don’t dismiss anything other than your personal opinion as pointless nonsense.

I no longer see any point in a SAT system and will omit it. I also don’t need a FAX machine anymore.
