I have now ordered an additional band grounding clamp. From this, I will then run a 4mm² cable to the equipotential bonding bar of my Sat components.

Grounding is a fire protection measure, equipotential bonding serves to protect against electric shock.

Since there is no clamp on the market certified for 100 kA that is designed for 16 mm² Cu AND 4 mm² Cu, a second connection point is needed. With some craftsmanship, the 4 mm² Cu can also be connected in a compliant manner using a cable lug or a threaded screw.

OK, thanks. Would it be permissible to use a common parallel connector, e.g. from DEHN, for extending grounding 16 mm² and PE 4 mm²?

We installed our satellite dish today. We have now run the 16mm2 cable to the rafter bracket and connected it with a grounding clamp and a 4mm2 cable back to a distribution block. From there, 4mm2 cables go to the multiswitch and to the grounding blocks before and after.

Don't forget, because of all the lightning protection, that it is meant for watching TV.

okay, a 4mm2 & 16mm2 certified clamp does not exist. But is there the possibility to run the 16mm2 grounding into the attic and connect both the 16mm2 grounding and the PA 4mm2 there using a potential equalization bar? Cleanly done would certainly be a second clamp on the mast.

We would also like to install a SAT system ourselves. As far as I have read here, the number of participants and whether or not a multiswitch is used has no effect on the 16mm2 grounding, since the clamp bracket is grounded here. So far so good.
Now I would like to use an Octo LNB and feed the cables DIRECTLY to the receivers WITHOUT a multiswitch. How does it behave with PA in this case and what things need to be considered?
