Save yourselves the trouble, rather continue following the transverse nave design (#37).

Here we go. We have followed ’s advice and are currently pursuing the cross-wing design further. The floor plan for the "cross half" is still being refined, but I can already share the one for the "longitudinal half."
In the attic, a few temporary walls are parked; everything that is not entirely correct, I have marked in pink. But the floor plan is recognizable.

Do you have any comments or suggestions for improvement? I'm not quite as emotionally involved here because it concerns the sales half. Overall, I find the floor plan successful with good use of space.
I especially like that the staircase to the upper floor opens off the hallway on the ground floor, the terrace door to the parking space (carport still open), the large west-facing windows in the studio, and the 3-meter closet space in the not-so-large master bedroom.

North is to the right on the plan. Sorry, I forgot the north arrow.

Child 2.1 has estimated about sixty room width, otherwise the plan already seems quite successful to me. It wouldn’t be my dream like this, but in Munich or Stuttgart you already feel like a lucky person to be able to build like this.

I’m just too lazy to go back: when do you want to enter their marketing?

Yes, I noticed that too. I was thinking of shifting the wall between the children's rooms a little bit to the right according to the plan, even though that is more likely cosmetic. I hope to get dimensioned floor plans this week. We want to start marketing once the building application has been approved.

The water disposal in the attic would worry me. Does it then go through the bedroom? I would consider swapping the heating and shower 2. The views are also not quite clear to me yet.
