So, now once again completely. It should be noted that this is the design stage, so sometimes things are done quickly and the exterior views of House 2 (Sale) are not yet quite accurate.

In the bathroom on the upper floor of House 1 (north half), a recess will be added on the right side of the plan and the shower will be moved next to the door. Access to the recess will then be between the bathtub and the shower; a washer/dryer tower as well as shelves for towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. will be placed there.

The dining table on the ground floor is not yet properly sized; it will be a table for 8-10 people. We will probably make provisions for a fireplace connection, which would then be positioned slightly elevated on the split-level steps between the dining area and the seating area.

I would leave it as is. Some rooms just happen to be only 2.40 meters wide... in this case a bit more. Maybe it will be an office?!

I wouldn't see that as a problem either. The alternative with the swap is lazy, as the sloping ceilings get in the way here.
After all, it's _one_ family living in the house. You shouldn't worry too much about "noise."

What I would improve if it were mine: I would put the tall kitchen cabinets where the terrace door is, aiming for an L-shaped kitchen. Then place the island at the central wall of the house, so further to the right according to the plan. Where the island was docked before, put the terrace door. So rotate everything in a triangle. The terrace door where it is only bothers when open.

Here are the preliminary views "quickly done," meaning the windows are partly not quite right and with the following changes:

The carport at House 1 (light) will be applied for, but we probably won't do it for now. I don't like it... The utility room may be a bit larger instead. The front door will of course not be made of glass, that is incorrectly shown here.
House 2 (dark) will not get a garage, but a utility room instead, possibly with a carport. It fits better there.
Therefore, there are also windows or a terrace door from the kitchen on that side on the ground floor.

Do you also have OG for you? That you bring a bumper into the living room with the stairs there, you know that?

Are you talking about the southern half? I ask because I just posted the entire project. I have to think it over, but it sounds good at first glance.

I'm still not happy with the kitchen in the northern half; I doubt I can fit everything I want in there.
