No joke, it's no fun at the moment. The construction company is endlessly annoying, the old site manager quit in November and the new one is more like a windbag. All the trades that we arrange ourselves go smoothly, but otherwise I really chase after every single piece of information, everything drags on like old chewing gum and there is no momentum. I’m constantly bothering him to make anything happen at all. Tedious.
Example: Me: Mr. X, Mr. Y wasn't here again today. Where is he? He still has to finish A before B can start. They come on the twelfth! He says: uh, when was Mr. Y supposed to come? I have to check. Me: I can tell you, the day before yesterday. He: oh. Hmm. (...!!!) Me: Could you please call him? He: Okay, I’ll ask about it. Me: And tell him right away he still has to fix this and that.
Next day: Me: He wasn’t here again. Does he know he has to fix this and that? He: Yes, he has to do that. Me: Does he know? He: He has to do that. Me (breathing): Did you tell him? He: Yes, well, Mr. Z wanted to call him.
I’M LOSING IT!!

Unfortunately, it seems to be the norm. Everyone slacks off and couldn't care less. So far so good, but the worst thing is when you say something about it, they are even slower to respond... I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will get better.

I think you are faster if you import a few Chinese people. They build a hospital in 8 days – with your hut they are definitely finished in 2 hours.
