Exactly, the eaves height fits well, the FH might not fully utilize it. Otherwise, I find it nice, neither my wife nor I have ever lived in detached houses at any point in our lives, and we find 145 sqm completely sufficient. Basically, I can imagine it on the plot, with approximately 9.5m x 10.50 you still have a bit of garden...
