Covered parking spaces and garages are only permitted within the buildable areas of the property according to § 12 (6) Baunutzungsverordnung. This is intended to largely prevent fragmentation of open spaces by building structures and to ensure the integration of the new development area into the existing urban framework. In addition, garages and carports must maintain a minimum distance of 5.00 meters from the public traffic area, measured from the front side of the garage or carport. This serves the purpose of a demand parking space in front of the garage or carport.

I cannot find anything else about parking spaces in the development plan. I also don't find anything immediately for [Land NRW].
