This is intended to largely prevent fragmentation of open spaces by building structures and to ensure the integration of the new development area into the existing urban framework. In addition, garages and carports must maintain a minimum distance of 5.00 meters from the public traffic area, measured from the front side of the garage or carport. This serves the purpose of a demand parking space in front of the garage or carport.
