Selection of plot, considerations

We have been offered the semi-detached house plot No. 10. Quite a setback. According to the city, all single house plots have suddenly been taken, there probably won’t be anything else for us. With two children and prospectively three children, a semi-detached house is currently hard to imagine.

Otherwise, I find the plot with the garden facing west without a shading house still bearable. Nevertheless, a setback for now that needs some thought.

Parents with two or three children are exactly the typical residents of the, I’d say, market-dominating semi-detached house model of the "usual suspects". Therefore, it is easily imaginable because it can be "read about" there. What bothers me (can be read from me in "A Semi-Detached House Has TWO Halves" or here in the Goalkeeper thread ) is the allocation of semi-detached house plots to individual builders. I consider coordination between the semi-detached house neighbors to be by far the most crucial disaster prevention measure. Follow the origin of the quote here
