Working areas around the house will be backfilled with the excavation material up to the height of the existing terrain and compacted in layers after completion of the construction work.

But this is only the shell construction, right? Because there are no details given for windows, doors, tiles, heating, and so on. That means you basically have a shell construction for 175,000 euros. More realistic for me than the 95k from the first post. Things like a construction road on the building side also quickly run into the thousands.

95k would only be an estimate of the shell construction costs without the roof. With the roof, I have added 30k from the house itself + 60k for the basement, so I also come to a similar magnitude. And this company is not the cheapest in our area.....
