Be careful not to compare apples with oranges. If I understood the OP correctly, it's about the total costs for the house building project.

You can still fill the next 14 pages with this. just get the quotes and that's it. Once you have them, you can gladly show them; before that, it makes no sense to list who paid what. As Egon12 writes, everyone has their own idea, and the companies should price that. After all, you are not buying from us but the companies dictate their prices to you. To ensure comparability, request multiple companies.

House, 178 sqm, KFW 55 (however timber frame), carport and on slab foundation, standard equipment, however additional costs due to a granny flat of almost 40 sqm, including all ancillary costs and earthworks: 320,000,-

It is in that range, but we also contributed a lot of work ourselves and you have to look very closely and not be tempted by the famous "you only build once and don’t you want this and that".

which company did you choose?

With a regional carpentry, I think it makes sense to also look around regionally at smaller companies.

But none of them have anything to give away and I fear - just as I experience it with the landscapers - that the waiting times for home builders have increased significantly.
