Rough estimate of construction costs for 220 sqm

yes unfortunately you almost halved the price in your estimate, but only reduced the living area from 280 sqm to 220. scheduling appointments and comparing, this tip was already given after 2 pages. you can't believe everything acquaintances say either, unless you pay the bills and see them personally

Well, you don't really get to 280 sqm of living space here, because some of that does get lost. Consider the walls and especially in the attic the knee wall of 1m. I would question whether much more than 220 sqm would remain in the end!

I partly have the feeling that your acquaintances probably mentioned "moon prices" to you or that you have misinterpreted them regarding what was included in the price.

yes that's great, if you divide 350,000 / 150, you get 2333€/sqm and that's what people keep saying.... roughly 2000€/sqm.

And what does all in even mean?? what is all in for me doesn't necessarily mean it's enough for you?

if you buy turnkey, then 2000EUR/SQM may be correct. But many have already earned on the value creation.....
