Including installation and everything? What would you wait for then?

But the Wallbox can only do 11kW, are you aware of that? I have, for example, an Alfen, which can be upgraded to 22kW via software (officially for 30€).

Yep, 11kW. Including installation and commissioning, documentation. However, without connection to the smart home or similar. More wouldn’t work for us anyway, since the Elli has 2.5 mm² cable instead of 6 or 10.

If you want to strike, I would strike quickly. The [KFW Programm] has already been increased twice because there were so many applications. Whether it will be increased again?

Girls, I need a tip for an 11kwh wallbox, please. I think my retired electrician has no clue about it, and since you have dealt with it more than I have, I need a few suggestions. The cable is already lying in the carport anyway. The only thing missing is the connected and mounted wallbox.

The wallbox is also not for the current electric car, which has Type 1 + CHAdeMO. I briefly considered choosing the wallbox without a fixed cable, but that’s probably nonsense. Basically, I have a Type 2 to Type 1 charging cable, but that is supposed to stay in the car as well.

Thanks

As far as I know, it doesn’t necessarily have to be an 11 kW box to qualify for the subsidy.
A throttlable one works just as well and you’re better prepared for the future.
My electrician swears by the SMA 22.

Mennekes, keba, Webasto, ABL… Depending on budget, equipment preferences… I have a Mennekes (22kw). But the others are certainly not worse for home use either. Keba is also very robust. Design just old-fashioned. The question is whether you need a calibrated meter (e.g., billing for a company, or approval via RFID…) once you have answered these points for yourself, there probably won’t be many options left anyway.
