An 11KW wallbox is sufficient. 22KW if you want to overdo it. The standard plug is Type 2 for all electric cars. The fast chargers have different plugs (mostly Chademo) but are DC, so not interesting for private use. There are also wallboxes where no cable is attached but a socket is inside. You can then work with different cables anyway. But you can charge at any wallbox.

There are no special wallboxes for individual car models. An 11kW box with or without fixed cable is sufficient. It also does not require approval.

P.S. I will order an Eve Single Pro-line with 11kW, because my employer can bill the [my] electricity I use to charge my company vehicle through it.

Oh, I have to research that again. We had actually planned with that. But by the end of November we will at most have signed the contract for the system. Completion earliest May 2021...

Oh oh

I agree with you, but if possible always implement 22kw. It costs almost the same and in case of doubt you have double the charging speed. The batteries are getting bigger and the vehicles in the future will have 22kw chargers on board as an option in the premium class.

If you only want to charge overnight, then an 11kw charger is probably sufficient in many cases.

Our network operator requires 22kW OCCP, as I had to learn, in order to throttle the charging power if needed. I still tend to go for 22kW directly to have the issue settled for the future.
