Our developer is charging nearly 1,300 euros for the cable including installation and connection. Basically as a preparation so that the application can be submitted afterward and the wallbox can be installed. Isn't that a bit expensive considering the prices you mentioned?

And a stupid question for understanding: As long as I don't have a wallbox, does the line then correspond to a heavy current connection to which I could also connect a caravan, for example? Or can I also do that with a wallbox, so I would have three-phase current outside then?

Regarding the 2nd section: Yes.

Regarding the first: Sounds very expensive at first. Material costs with fuse are not 100€. I would definitely ask where the other 1200€ come from.

I have to disagree with . Those are (unfortunately) typical prices. I speak from experience, as I know several such offers (for existing buildings) that my colleagues have received when switching to hybrid and fully electric company vehicles. The electrician commissioned by my company charges about 350€ gross just for connecting the wallbox in the garage.

Cable and connection in the fuse box, that's what I was told too. So we're not entirely wrong.

I will ask again exactly where the cable ends or how it stays until it is supposed to continue towards the charging station.

Would you also like to explain to me what I might need a LAN cable for there?

Our electrician charges 220 euros gross, so we seem to be "lucky"...

You connect a "smart" wallbox to LAN or WLAN to read charging statuses and statistics and also to make some settings remotely. For example, you sit in the kitchen and quickly check on your smartphone what the current charging status is. Personally, I am a fan of connecting everything stationary to LAN. WLAN also works, but you have to design your WLAN so that it reaches the wallbox. What the wallbox can do in detail, of course, depends on the respective model.
