Plan location of house & garage within building window *Pre-planning*

I need to get a bit smarter regarding such drawing programs, so far I've only done this with the usual available drawing and writing programs. Let's see if my CAD programs still work.

Possibly also with a slanted wall at the top like in the design with the gallery, just without it.

Before you torture yourself or buy software: Take a piece of paper and make it roughly to scale. Alternatively, you can even do it with Excel:

UHHHHHH... you are planning such a nice, straight house and then you want to install a slanted wall.... that makes my neck hairs stand on end. But, as is well-known, that is a matter of taste.

Now I actually had to laugh again at my own Tetris design
But it's really practical in Excel; you can easily move everything back and forth.
Just set rows and columns to a small but uniform height and see it as a 10cm grid. Then you only get 40cm outer walls and 20cm inner walls, but 60cm cabinets can be well represented
