... there is a utility connection room next to the two utility rooms on the ground floor.
, the right-side child's room only has a northeast-facing window, so it's dark. Is the window planned to be floor-to-ceiling? Unfortunately, this cannot be deduced from the plans, but it wouldn't be so great right next to the bed.
And the room under the slope is also not so well usable with the shallow roof pitch.
Storage hose ... I also estimate only about 100 cm. I consider a storage area on the upper floor to be sensible, but it should be better usable.
Parents' dressing room .. yes, but there are only about 450 to 500 cm of wardrobe, because corner wardrobes are always hard to use.
What just occurred to me, the parents' bathroom has very few windows, although according to the facade image there should apparently be a window with a high sill on the right side above the bathtub ... hmm.
Children's bathroom .. the sink seems to be only a mini sink .. together with the privacy screen in front of the toilet, it could get tight there.
Sketch it out ... but that's still only about 200 cm of wardrobe, right? And then the entrance at head height?
Treatment room? With customer traffic?
Show a cross-section ... is there any usable area with sufficient height besides the dormer area at all?

The bedroom in the granny flat was also slightly redesigned... the drywall is gone, bed on the other side, and wardrobe on the north wall.

The dormer is for the attic, initially only planned as storage. But when the children are older, it should be converted so that you can normally get upstairs, the dormer and for lighting the room.
