First of all: I think it's good that you provide space for cabinets in the important rooms. I do like these niches in the children's rooms.
The staircase: the drawn wall between the staircase and dining area actually exists, right? Is it supposed to run only underneath the stairs?
What kind of railing is planned on both sides?
I think, if I understood this correctly, then I find the entire living area quite uncomfortable because when sitting you always have to keep an eye on the entrance. Also, I don't like the huge window. I do like it spacious and bright, i.e., with many windows, but a window should fit the room, meaning in proportion to the walls.
I don't like any of the four views, the windows are all too wide in relation to the walls, and the different sill heights do not fit with the same window size either.
The dressing room is too narrow: how can you keep an overview of the width of the clothes at 95 cm?
I also don't like the utility room behind the bedroom. And if you now say that it doesn't bother you when the teen wants to put down smelly clothes after a wild night and has to go through your bedroom, then I wonder what intimacy means to you. I think this was the dead end in planning that you are now trying to sugarcoat.
Basically, what I miss is a cloakroom and a bit more protection in the living area. The chill corner with 3,XX in relation to the entire length of the room is a bit "short."
I don't think the garage will be approved like this. I wouldn't design this corridor between garage and house at this length and with the roof either; we indeed have a 2-meter corridor between the two, but I would only roof it transparently.
Edit: I like the gallery room upstairs.
