Opinions on our basic floor plan design wanted

Here now is the result of the night shift..... as always, I have a problem with the windows, windows are apparently not my thing..... and my program does not provide what I imagine for windows. I have adjusted the staircase to a rise of 17 and a tread of 290, it should be a very comfortable staircase. The kitchen is not yet drawn but already realized in my head.

The open side of the staircase is to be glazed.

My planning is deliberately not complete because it is only a sketch for the architect, and the house will be developed together with the architect. My planning is just my electronic "paper sketch" so that I can better imagine how it should and possibly will be.

So, I didn't find the first one that bad either. The new one is okay too. You just have to replace the bedroom and bathroom, how else are the pipes supposed to go down? Certainly not through the [WZ]. You're sitting downstairs and hear when someone upstairs is relieving themselves? Dumb.

Yes, you're right I should swap the bedroom and bathroom, then there won't be any sunrise in the bedroom.....well, I guess you have to die some kind of death.

In winter, it hardly rises, in summer at three in the morning, when people are still asleep. So, it's overrated.

The problem with swapping the bathroom and bedroom is also that on the east side the street runs along and there are other houses there, so I don't know how to design the windows in the east bathroom without allowing too much insight. On the west side there is an unobstructed view of fields and forest. Here is the cadastral map, it is 495/10
