We forego a window in the dressing room because we usually only stay in there either early in the morning or late in the evening anyway. For everything in between, there are more than enough lighting options.
However, this also means that an outfit worn in daylight can only be judged for its color coordination under artificial light. For the dressing room user type "Hit & run" (who sees the dressing room as a closet, grabs an outfit and rushes off) no problem – for the dressing room user type "Fashion show" a significant difference.
I am also wondering whether the hallway on the ground floor really needs a width of 150 cm between the stairway and the wall or whether 120 cm would be enough.
If I wanted to avoid a "switching" in the spatial perception at the transition from traffic area to living area, I would forgo the generosity break between living rooms and hallways.
