Once again a floor plan for criticism.

You don’t have 2.50... at least not if the floor construction above is 12 cm. I was rather unclear about the height of the windows in the dressing room - not that there is a wardrobe in front of them. The 3.46 has nothing to do with wardrobes - that is only for getting in and out.

I am uploading the perspective now, maybe it will become a bit clearer.

Ok, now I also understand the corner. It definitely looks ok from the outside

Hello,
overall a successful design. The exterior view also came... the other views would also be interesting, as well as the location on the property.

However, I still have a few suggestions or points for discussion to note:
I also find the hallway quite large, but I am not a fan of hallways, and here it fits well with the spacious rest. I also like the location of the staircase.
For the doors to the utility room/garage/storage, I can imagine that one or two might be too many.
You have placed doors in every possible place; some could be omitted. Advantage: space gain, cost savings, and fewer opportunities for break-ins.
Thought process: do you really need all these doors?

Wardrobe cupboard: make sure it has an adequate depth – at least 60 cm would be good to hang clothes hangers.

Upper floor: Since there is a children's bathroom, I would omit the second door (at the storage room) to the bathroom. You have the short route from the stair landing through the bedroom and dressing room, and you will likely favor using it. The space by the second door could be occupied by a slimmer sauna, using the remaining hallway space to extend the storage room. If the corner bathtub is just a fallback, moving the sauna would also give you space for a straight bathtub.
I would reconsider the windows in the dressing room and bedroom.
The dressing room can work, even if it is narrowly about 2 meters. We have a tiny dressing room that would not work on paper but does work for us.

..... I looked at the bathroom, dressing room, and storage again... maybe the second door is appropriate after all? (depends on how well you manage the chaos in the dressing room)... alternatively, you could swap the two rooms, putting the bathroom next to the bedroom and the dressing room where the sauna is now... then the daily routine from bed to bathroom, then dressing room, then through the door into the hallway would make sense. Yes, I think you should at least have that drawn (or have it drawn).

Best regards, Yvonne

Yvone, thank you for the detailed response. The three doors in the utility room all have a purpose (at least for us). The door to the garden could be omitted, but we want to set up a rotary clothesline in the garden and dry the laundry there in the summer, so it is more convenient to go straight outside through the door than to first go through the garage. The thing with the dressing room is "work-related," if I may put it that way, I work in shifts and it is therefore planned so that one can leave the room after getting up and does not have to go back in and disturb the partner.

That's why I would swap the rooms. Otherwise, you go back and forth
