Overall, I quite like the floor plan. However, some remarks have to be made, some of which I believe have already been mentioned... The structural integrity concerning the living room seems questionable to me. In any case, only lightweight walls will be in the upper floor, no masonry walls. And you have a WC directly next to the bedroom wall, I would reconsider that. You have no storage space near the kitchen, where will, for example, beverage crates go? The kitchen is clearly too small for that. It would be better to partition off a small storage room and design the kitchen differently. I don’t find the hallway too big, but that is a matter of taste. For that reason, I would enlarge the WC on the ground floor so that there is at least the option to add a shower later. If the office also serves as a guest room, where do the guests shower? Ok, I just read, there are no overnight guests. On the upper floor, a chamber is drawn in the master bathroom; is that supposed to be a sauna? If so, I find it somewhat surprising that you treat yourselves to a kind of wellness area while your children only have a measly bathroom of 4.6 sqm without any storage or cupboard space. My teenage daughter has about 25 shampoos and conditioners; those have to be stored somewhere too... Before you proceed, you should get a more precise cost calculation. At the moment, about 2,000 euros per sqm is assumed; I would be very surprised if the masonry garage is included in that. I think the actual price will be significantly higher than the 240 euros.
