The "story" - house construction is still ongoing, the plasterer was here this week. We could have built for 1350€/sqm (just the house) but it would have been absolutely standard, but at least KFW 70. Meanwhile, we are at about 1650€/sqm but with some extras that were not planned at the beginning, as they say: "Appetite comes with eating." And the house has become a bit smaller, about 180sqm

It's a shame that this was no longer addressed by you after the lively discussion about the house price here (back then). As so often, the price per sqm has to be adjusted upwards.

It would probably have helped other users who, because of the content of such threads, believe that a good fit-out could be done at 1300 per sqm.

Yes, you are right, I should have gotten in touch, but you surely know yourself that when you are building a house there are many other things to take care of and then it somehow got lost.

I wrote that it would be possible to build for €1350, even according to [Kfw 70]. It only became more expensive due to additional equipment, which is not absolutely necessary but still desired, not the construction method. The brick garage with 2 Hörmantüren and one gate costs about €17000.
