New Single-Family House Construction - Feasibility Assessment

Sunday we're going to Lanzarote for 8 days - except for meals, but very good accommodations (entire apartments/houses) and a rental car for under €1,000.

P.S. By the way, that is the price for two people. I'm not flying alone.

The week at the North Sea for 3.5 is already luxury.

Of course it is luxury. But I can afford it too ;)

With increasing age, the costs for children take an exponential jump upwards. We have about €500 per child per month (all in)

hm... well, we are now almost 4 years in.
Until 3, we had a monthly daycare fee plus food money of €615. Now with over 3, we are at about €400. I'm not complaining... High daycare fees come from high salaries. And the bad luck of living in an expensive community ;)

So much for the statement that children only become expensive later.
Or are your children still in kindergarten and you think it gets exponentially more later?!

And if you just want to travel comfortably on vacation, you’re already spending around 3k for a week at a nice wellness hotel at the North/North Sea or Austria (Only 2 adults!) I find 3.5k with children still completely normal. Because the beautiful well-known clubs with a long tradition also charge between 4.5 and 5k with flights for a week in a warm place with full board for a family. But you do have a nice time for that and can also offer something to your children. Because joint vacations with great extraordinary moments are always beautiful memories. And when I look at how many enthusiastic children I see on the cruise ships, I am of the opinion that later you only regret the vacations that were too expensive that you didn’t take…

If you want to give the children a real experience, get a sailing license and rent a small boat for a holiday in the Danish South Sea.
