Regarding the prefabricated house manufacturers: Schwabenhaus has just added an extra shift in production according to sales and can therefore guarantee 14 weeks, as can Living Haus. Before that, there are of course building permits, selections, etc... So the end of 2019 would be realistic.

Living Haus also wanted to guarantee 14 weeks.

Even the developer says the end of 2019 is no problem.

Worst case is just a holiday apartment, but even that works...

I didn't ask more manufacturers because these are the only ones with plots. It really depends on the plot...

Understood. Why are the additional costs listed separately? You don’t pay anything except notary + land registry + property transfer tax. Are you sure it is a developer?

15,000 would be stated for exactly what you write. But the sales lady then said 50,000. I suspect she is wrong, I have to clarify that at the appointment. Just calculate with the worst case.

So approximately 570-600k€ with 5500€ net since you are not counting the money from your wife because of No. 2.

On 500k€ it is just under 8% additional purchase costs in BW including notary and land register. So 40k€.

5700 with child benefit, that's how it looks. According to everything the banks say, it should be fine. Today I made a worst-case scenario where I have no salary increase, my wife earns 0, and the rate is 2000. Even with that, we still have about 600/month left to save. That already includes vacation, car, etc.
