Yes, exactly - the staircase is only part of the outdoor area and is therefore not done by the general contractor. We are estimating about 9 steps that we need to construct.

We will try to solve the issue with the outside staircase as best as possible, but due to the slope and the property, no other construction is possible. Why do you doubt the wastewater disposal? The basement WC is located above the sewer level. And why the attic?
