So first of all, I would immediately swap with ours ;-)

But I don’t understand the utility room on the ground floor either. Probably a cloakroom though, right? Given the other dimensions, it would be too small for me. The bathroom on the ground floor would also be too small for me, especially considering the possible care needs.

I also find the pantry strange. Ours is also small, but this is extreme. How exactly do you imagine it?

Why don’t the children get a bathtub and you even get a sauna? Or are they supposed to share your bathroom normally?

We are also building quite traditionally, so it doesn’t bother me that it looks different from all the other houses currently being built. But I do understand what others mean. The east view with the mix of shutter windows and the small windows on the left is somehow really an acquired taste. Why not at least all the windows in the east with shutters? Overall (for me as a complete layman), the rounded windows on the south and the two east variants seem like three different styles that somehow don’t quite fit together. If you like it and had a reason for it, then leave it as is, but in terms of exterior design you are really quite far from the current mainstream.

Jokester or wrong glasses? - I like to praise where it is deserved. Which exactly of my previous constructive feedback did you now consider successfully processed?

Unfortunately, it's not mine either. I find it quite old-fashioned with the small windows and dormers.
Now, about the floor plan:
The utility room, is this now a wardrobe or technical room? Something is missing for me there. Where do tools, waste paper, and bags go? Where do the jackets, the entire wardrobe of 5 people go?
The utility room on the upper floor is probably for laundry? I would miss a window there – daylight!
Storage space is overall a bit poor.
Kitchen island twice as long and rotated by 90 degrees.
If I inherited the house, I would put the wing in the bay window, the kitchen where the wing is, and the living room where the kitchen is now.
The bathroom on the upper floor will be very dark.

It almost becomes a minor issue that I would describe the 900 K all-in here as, let's say, sporty. Feasible, yes, but with few extras.

To me it seems more like a bit of everything. Even the drawn representation of the exterior looks exactly like what you don’t want, namely old-fashioned. All kinds of window shapes were used, with shutters only partially, next to that a garage block with roller door etc. Does your architect have references for such a desired project? I find it risky to attempt a "style mix" and then possibly miss the mark, ending up quickly with Gelsenkirchen Baroque. Why then add a "Swedish" round tiled stove and not stick really consistently to the desired regional style? This may seem nitpicky, but to me it’s a sign that one wants something (a lot), but doesn’t implement it consistently. Throwing things together does not automatically mean a successful style mix. You are spending a lot of money and demand a realized style; I do not see this requirement fulfilled by the architect so far; but I like the idea itself. You should seriously take a look at the planned pantry dimensions in reality; that’s unreasonable. Which door is supposed to open there, what should still fit in there; why not simply more tall cabinets? Upstairs there are 19 sqm of hallway, maybe there could also be a calm, usable corner, otherwise this is too much wasted space for me. I don’t like the frontal position of the WC, the shower is difficult to access, everything is cramped, hoppa, there still has to be a sauna in there. Probably out of necessity it even had to be a sliding door into the bathroom. For the kids in the attic 14 sqm bathroom, I would rather see a separate WC or maybe even a separate shower/WC. Somehow the proportions don’t please me here, why not sauna upstairs, there is a lot of space being wasted, downstairs it’s tight. Well… There are shutters in the Palatinate, but they are not a defining feature, similarly the different dormers. As a native of the Upper Palatinate I would be interested in what exactly you understand by "classic Palatinate style elements" and where/how they are represented here.

It is just like in any forum: The same people mostly write the same things and have their fixed opinions. You quickly recognize their peculiarities as well. You can think what you want about that; I am not a big fan of forum "celebrities" either. You can simply ignore it or try to pick out between the lines what helps you move forward.

Then you also realize in this forum that there is often some truth hidden in a post and that someone is even trying to help. And as a previously inactive user, I have to speak up too. I am a big fan of "old-fashioned," small windows, dormers, shutters, and bay windows. All the more, I find that this mishmash on the exterior absolutely does not suit the house. The layout inside can be debated, everyone has their own philosophy. But I can only advise you to decide on one style. Uniform windows and either shutters or none. Not seven different window types, sometimes with shutters, sometimes without. A Google search for Landhausvilla Baufritz could be an inspiration. Unfortunately, the garage is still the icing on the cake of this cabinet of curiosities.
