..if you constantly share your knowledge/insights/thoughts. You are on a good path. I don't even know if shutters are necessary if you are already planning window trims. I am a bit overwhelmed by the features: captain's gable, dormers, shutters, window panes, curves above the windows, window trims. If not one, then the other. Added to this is the two-story structure, meaning the height. It may be that such a house fits frontally into a small Palatinate town center, but as a detached single-family house. However, I am also not native to the Palatinate region. I have to agree strongly with him when he criticizes the Swedish wood stove – after all, the Palatinate surely has its own style. A roof terrace here is actually not only superfluous in my eyes but also a total stylistic break.

Very good contribution from you, ! I would like to add – because it has struck me a lot recently – that a forum works completely differently in this regard compared to, for example, Instagram [Werbung unbezahlt wg. Markennennung]. There, you can show any nonsense, and usually there will be not just one but several people commenting with a "Wow" [Herzchensmiley]. That is then basically worth nothing at all.

True, or rather the priorities are completely different. Kitchen group Facebook: appearance and supposed must-haves.

well, I have lived in the Vorderpfalz for 40 years, the house fits into our wine region. But they also build differently there, and the wine is no longer stomped as it was back then, when the vintners blocked the street with their grapes and waited until it was their turn to get rid of their grapes at the wine cooperative

But, these houses, as they are, are still real houses with rooms and so on and not a hall on the ground floor (the glass box), where you then play happy family come rain or shine, because you are always stuck together forever. Terrible, these all-in-one room houses, terribly hot in summer, they all look the same. And who takes care of the rooms and glass fronts? So my daughter has staff, one is responsible for all the glass (including the shower), the other for the floor and the third irons and cooks a bit.

Thank you for your feedback. Outside rather like an old farmhouse and inside modern, I read that with a smile because that is exactly what we actually want. :) The house should fit well into the surroundings (old wineries and vintner houses), but also have that certain something. However, I agree with you about the clear lines. At the moment, it actually still looks like a bit of everything. What would you focus on? Removing the segmental arch? Shutters everywhere and larger 3/4 windows? Also regarding the window sizes, it is still way too dark for us because the windows are much too small, or what do you think? Oh yes, the garage is currently just a placeholder in the drawing and according to the architect’s statement will still be "pimped." Whatever that will be? However, a roof terrace is a must in order to look out over the vineyards. Attached is a typical house from the area.

That regarding the bathroom is a very good point! Thanks!
We will also plan the kitchen island larger and probably rotate it, likewise the pantry bigger and equipped with a kitchen front.

The designation utility room is not correct, since this is a wardrobe. Correctly recognized. We have the cellar as storage room.

In the living area we only have and need a display cabinet for dishes. We don’t have CDs anymore :) and books and games find their place in the TV room on the ground floor.

Many thanks for your comments. Very helpful.
