.. have you removed the pictures again now?

Since we all know about the 3m limit, a dimensioned version of

would also be sufficient ... I had already saved the picture in my graphics program because I wanted to move the house and garage myself. That's when the issue with the meters also became apparent.

When I see it like this now ... what about the at least 2 big trees in the west? Should/must they stay .. it would also be a shame.

The trees are with us and will be removed after the summer season. Now it is already too late for that.

Are these now the actual property boundaries ... or again reduced by 3 m setback?

I would not proceed that way at all if the property has enough space. It is better to orient yourself on the floor plan. Where is which room located? If the kitchen, for example, is in the west, it also makes sense to place a terrace there. Since we do not know your floor plan, we cannot say anything about the location of the terrace. Windows are also important: they are the connection from the garden into the house. Where or from where do you want to look into your garden? Sofa, kitchen, window seat... where is there something like that? What is south of the property? And what kind of street is that? And why should the trees be removed? What kind of trees are they?

In the south there would be a complete living/dining room. The kitchen is in the east and open to the living room in the south. South of the property there is a house but it is far away. The street in the east leads to a residential area where it is not so busy anymore (side street). Trees around the south should be removed because it is wild with many bushes and elevation differences. They will have to be removed anyway since there is a sewage pipe running near the trees, which the city is relocating to the southern property boundary.
