Here are two quick sketches. If the garage can otherwise be placed on the property line, then do so. You can't be stopped from your flair, so I would probably place the living-dining area facing south and west if I were you. You can furnish the kitchen in such a way that there is also space for a patio door or at least a window. Personally, I would always plan at least one window, if not even doors, to the garden on each side. The TV can also be placed next to it. Otherwise, I recommend this reading:
