So... unfortunately I do not have a program that enables digital visualization, so it’s all handcrafted.
One square = 1 m

Attached is also a picture of the cadastral map.
Neighbor on the left: Only has a garage, terrace, and garden to the west facing us.
Neighbor on the right: Has a conservatory, garden/terrace to the north facing us.
Neighbor above: Has their terrace there, no large garden.

The property slopes down from south to north by about 1-2 m.

And then two pictures, unfortunately very simple, but an idea of how everything should be arranged.

We would like the terrace facing west. The question is whether to go around the corner to the south, but then you sit very close to the street (which is hardly trafficked). One idea would be to move the house further north, but then you would have, first, a very long driveway unless you put the carport (CP) at the front, and additionally a 3-5 m wide strip in the north that is completely shaded and lower. I think that wouldn’t be so good.
Therefore, the idea was to place the house 3-4 m away from the street and create a front garden there.
The exact position of the carport needs to be determined, as well as whether it will be a double carport.

The carport should include a shed.
Cubus = small extension, probably in wood design.

And here we go with the salami tactic....... You get annoyed in the other thread about answers but simply do not provide the necessary information so that someone can really help you. just wrote it earlier and what do you answer?? Everything but that.

Is there a reason why you refuse to do so?
The previous speakers in this thread alone have named important points for you, to which you didn’t react even once. In the end, the forum is stupid again. You have received countless questions, hints, and requests, you even talk about a finished floor plan, and now you post THIS thing here, wow! And you even call it "floor plan" in the subject line.
Where is your finished floor plan... of the apartment and not of the garden cube?
Where is the detailed completed questionnaire and the answers to the diverse questions here?
But you want a garden house as a cube with wood look anyway, well then the most important things would be clarified...
Seriously, people lose interest when you dodge their questions.... Your other thread has 22!!! pages with zero binding information from you that one would need to help.

So in the meantime I have conjured up a 3-course menu with organic turkey for 2 households, 4 people, closest family circle. I have also been able to take a few screenshots in the meantime... Have you been able to scan the floor plan in the meantime?
