Unfortunately, I can no longer see the image with the property dimensions from post 8 ... it always says Oops problem. Is the house floor plan already final? Upper floor included? Why are there only 62 cm of windows in total on the east and west sides?

Image post 8 is visible again. The house floor plan is not final, it is the original but not much will change because we are so satisfied, maybe just the kitchen window, but actually we will leave it as is. But everything could still be changed, no problem.

Now I understand why you rotated the templates by a few degrees and are not really satisfied: windows are missing on two sides. I wouldn’t be satisfied either. Almost every builder would place the utility room window on the west side so that the carport can be attached to the house. That would have many advantages. You could also store garbage bins or similar in the resulting corner. It would really bother me that on two sides you can’t look out onto the beautiful property and garden. It’s almost a tunnel view like in a terraced house. At least swap bedroom and guest room so the child doesn’t hear too much amorous chit-chat.

Thank you for your opinion, the utility room window on the west sounds very good and then you can nicely place the double garage or perhaps even a carport next to the house.
We thought about leaving some space between the house and garage, maybe 3m, and covering it right away. The reason for this is the front door on the north side.
We would have to shift downwards on the south side so that the garage remains offset behind the front door.

The rooms upstairs are not yet assigned, children are planned.

I don’t know how to solve the garden view, in the south there are all windows and a balcony door as it should be, but some space for furniture and TV is also needed.
In the west, where there would be no window downstairs, would be the TV and seating area in the living room and in the east a flat strip with storage space (window still possible).

We don’t have a fixed floor plan yet, these are the standard ones I set above.
Everything can also be mirrored, etc.
The house connections will also come from the south (electricity, telecom, wastewater)
From the east (drinking water)
It would also make sense to place the utility room in the east for the connections.

Ok, I would suggest: take the eastern line as a reference and build parallel to it. Utility room in NO, kitchen/dining/living room as a nice L shape and more space than necessary for the terrace in the south and west. On each side a terrace door/window to the garden, a second one in the south, still leaving enough wall space for furniture. I’ll make a drawing later.
