Thank you for your opinion, the utility room window on the west sounds very good and then you can nicely place the double garage or perhaps even a carport next to the house.
We thought about leaving some space between the house and garage, maybe 3m, and covering it right away. The reason for this is the front door on the north side.
We would have to shift downwards on the south side so that the garage remains offset behind the front door.
The rooms upstairs are not yet assigned, children are planned.
I don’t know how to solve the garden view, in the south there are all windows and a balcony door as it should be, but some space for furniture and TV is also needed.
In the west, where there would be no window downstairs, would be the TV and seating area in the living room and in the east a flat strip with storage space (window still possible).
We don’t have a fixed floor plan yet, these are the standard ones I set above.
Everything can also be mirrored, etc.
The house connections will also come from the south (electricity, telecom, wastewater)
From the east (drinking water)
It would also make sense to place the utility room in the east for the connections.
