Is the financing for the house calculated well enough?

To get back to the original topic.

Always set aside the tax refund from the Riester nicely. Also build up a maintenance reserve; so really put money aside into a TG for this purpose from the moment you move in. Once the pot reaches a certain size, then I would start with special repayments.

How old will you be when the Riester is completed as planned?

Refunds usually flow directly into special repayment. When that is done, I am about mid-50s. With special repayment, correspondingly earlier. Repayment is around 60 euros pps/month or I believe about 9000 PPS with a 30% discount.

The story with the deferred tax. You once asked how high it is. About 60 euros per person per month. Or alternatively the total repayment accordingly.

The refunds flow automatically into special repayments.

Steffen, I doubt that people who are currently building their dream house spend any time being jealous.

Me and apparently other attentive forum members are getting fed up with these – yes, by now cringe-worthy – comments about income. I can ignore and block them out myself. But you do read them. And every time I wonder (because... they usually miss the point), what is bothering you right now – is it trouble with a customer or your wife?

Because, you don’t have to be bright to know: people usually try to gain self-affirmation by confronting others with their higher standard.

That you then try to turn it around... "haha, got you all worked up again." ... is just a weak attempt to hide your lack of originality.

In an anonymous forum you can exaggerate or downplay this or that, lie a little or pretend something, boast or tell the truth. For the person writing and reading reactions it might have some effect, even for minutes after ("so, now I’ve shown them"), but you don’t really believe that anyone here, when they leave the computer, still remembers who, for example, a Steffen is and what he earns?
I actually feel sorry for you at this moment – because you have to know how to handle money: not only bring it among people, spend it or save it, but also treat your personal environment fairly.

And: money isn’t everything, and you apparently have too little of the latter – at least that hasn’t been going too well for you lately.
