Is the financing for the house calculated well enough?

- I plan to create 2-3 threads (floor plan - financing etc.) in the next 4-5 months, and I already feel sick at the thought of even one post from Steffen80 - can someone be forbidden to ruin their thread? (that I know of – I bet there are 10 times as many ...) 3. I tuned out after the 1st or 2nd post. (With 1500 euros a month for groceries) The post already annoyed me a lot because it was completely out of touch with the life of an average consumer.

And then the other nonsense... 1% repayment... Couldn't go lower... Over 1 million you know... I did read it but mostly skimmed over it.

With some people, I can tell within 3 sentences that I couldn't stand to have them around me in real life for more than 2 minutes.

The bad thing is, you don’t even have to think anymore, that’s how strong your negative presence is. At least that’s my impression.
