Is the financing for the house calculated well enough?

Also way too much read into it.. why do I come up with a concrete number? Because it (offtopic drifted) was about the question "when is saturation reached?".. that was the reason for my input with the January number.

No, I do not ignore either of the things you mentioned. I remember a lot... (even if I don't always want to ) and I watch whether it's implemented or if something gets out of hand [emoji85]

Man, I’m so done.

No, I don’t determine who the average consumer is, but the majority of the population.... A14 is what you get if you’re a senior councilor or some position like that.... school principal.... Not even a regular teacher has A14. So that’s not the average but clearly above it.

No need to write an essay about it. Household incomes of 5000 net and more are above average.... period. Not completely unusual but above average.

Just get me out of here.... hardly any useful info.... 80% just stupid chatter.

Yes, unfortunately that is really the case in parts. Hardly any arguments, unfortunately often assessments of individuals who want to apply that to others. We have all gone through putting together the appropriate financing, but is this always transferable 1:1 to others? What was good for me does not necessarily have to be good for someone else. A pity actually, because more arguments/counterarguments should and must be found or justified for all of us here, instead of coming across as pedantic or know-it-all.

The first answers were also good and just as I had imagined.

That it is similar with others in the same ratio. That it looks quite reasonable so far. That the additional costs are too low... and the expenses might possibly be saved, etc....

But after 3...4 answers there was only nonsense and off-topic stuff.

Yes, this off-topic is noticeable and I don’t really like it either. There should really be more arguments, well-founded and justified with acceptance for more objectivity. This is not only the case in this thread, unfortunately it runs through the other great questions and requests for help as well.
