Is the financing for the house calculated well enough?

Even though Steffen sometimes comes across as strange here, I believe that his last comment was more of a joke.

Then he should go to the Smalltalk section, or to the basement.

That seems a bit low to me; at least with the high Riester home savings contract. Do you have a forecast of how much the housing promotion account will be at retirement entry?

: You think way too much about it and read too much into it. The thing about the jealous ex was obviously a joke.. The solution is much simpler: I am sometimes arrogant, sometimes provocative, sometimes I just have fun with others' reactions here. Sure, I am also insanely proud of my achievements and I like to show off sometimes. I stand by that. But I’m not poor and you don’t need to feel sorry for me either. I’m totally normal with a great family, great friends, and so on and so forth. And of course, in real life, I’m much less open about finances too.. why do you think? Because it’s not anonymous.

I’m also quite active in a stock market forum where everyone talks pretty openly about income and wealth. The difference from here: there the attitude towards the truly wealthy (which I am nowhere near!) is much more relaxed.

So don’t take it so seriously. I accept the criticism that I “bring threads off-topic” and promise I’ll do better in the future.

Regards, Steffen

Yes, that is broken down in the contract with a forecast.
Each of us contributes 50% of the sum, so 85k per person.
And for each, that is something around 700 per year in deferred taxes. So just over 60 euros per person per month. Provided you don’t pay the amount in one lump sum.

- I plan to create 2-3 threads (floor plan - financing, etc.) in the next 4-5 months, and I already feel sick at the thought of even one post from Steffen80 - can someone be forbidden to ruin their thread? I have already earnestly asked here before with a serious "please" to keep it off-topic. The childish response was then "...Thanks :P". I'm only asking this here - since this thread is already contaminated by Steffen80 anyway - which I sincerely regret for the creator.
