Is the financing for the house calculated well enough?

In my circle of acquaintances, almost everyone is an engineer or something comparable. Since the partners have usually also studied and work, the household income is mostly well above 5k and certainly not an extreme exception.

To put an end to the topic... in Jan 2017 I had a gross of 85k. Unfortunately, it is not like that every month.. For me, that is a number where I really don't have to earn more anymore -> saturation

That is the difference between Germany and most other countries (e.g. the USA). Your reaction is completely "normal" here... in the USA you would be the poor wretch
