Is new construction under 400k€ still actually possible?

You can believe it or not One more is missing.. who builds 200sqm for 150k..

Why should anyone lie about that? In the north it's simply cheaper to build and since 2016 the prices have increased significantly again. The same would now probably cost at least 250-300k plus land. It would still be very cheap but of course also in the north.

In which hole is there still something like this? Radioactive? At these prices, you can no longer build, not for years.

There is surely nothing radioactive here. I don’t understand why some people always immediately become so condescending and insulting. We live in rural Bavaria in a medium-sized town and are very happy with the location of our new building. We have all shopping facilities and schools around the corner, less than 5 minutes on foot, and yet it is quiet without much street noise. Built in 2017 with individual contracting, moved in in 2018

Nordlys has built cheaply. Not large but more than sufficient for 2. Very disciplined, perfect for his lifestyle. That his standard is below that of the OP was already established at the beginning. He shows that it works, not only on the coast.

Just look at the points he mentioned. Surely the OP will come very close to 400,000 if he adjusts his standard to that of Nordlys. Nordlys complies with the Energy Saving Ordinance (which didn’t exist back in the good old days) but otherwise has the standard from the good old days. Hardly anyone wants that today.

Of course, 160 sqm cannot be compared to 110, but he mentioned points that offer a five-figure amount of savings potential.
