Is new construction under 400k€ still actually possible?

Where do I have to sign? We are at 900k for everything and I wouldn't call the equipment luxury. Kitchen, furnishings, lamps, etc. still come on top. We also have to take care of some of the exterior work ourselves, Gala only does the driveway up to the house entrance (about 50 sqm)...

I really find that intense. What do you pay per sqm?

Do you seriously want to claim that with your 1.2 million you can still be considered normal? You started with I believe 600k about 2 years ago.

I don’t stand here and define "normal". I am not the rule... but very normal. Just as normal as someone who builds an inexpensive Town & Country house... and yes: I have a good connection to reality. Just like people in my street who built for >5 million. But nice when others, oh so tolerant people, diagnose someone with a loss of touch with reality.
