With 2000€ per sqm, you already get into a range where there is a buffer for upgrades, I think.

For the bathroom upgrade we calculated 5000€. But we looked at a show home shortly before the handover from the builder and see no reason to upgrade the bathroom. Quality-wise, they are already very high.

86 sockets are more than enough for us.
