Is it sensible for the expert to inspect the base plate?

I think we’re talking past each other.. the pre-walls are thick extra walls that make the room smaller where the drain pipe runs.. what does a pre-wall have to do with space? They look ugly. They’re in the plan, but in the configuration I want the bathroom, they’re not in the picture. I’ll show you a picture here of what the bathroom would look like if they do it as planned:

I think you mean network sockets? For me, that would be too few. If your router is supposed to be in the office, then you already need a double socket there to go backwards again to supply the socket at the TV.

You don't just randomly distribute network sockets in the house, but rather calmly plan the whole thing. For Wi-Fi, you should have at least one position per floor for an access point. Depending on the floor plan and requirements, a second one might also be useful. Additionally, one socket in every living room. A double socket would be recommended right away. Where more devices are already expected, more sockets right away. That way you save a decentralized switch. Then there are things you can also prepare for: outdoor access point for Wi-Fi in the garden, LAN for a wall box or hobby room which is often forgotten.

Well. One should consider that an electrician quickly charges 250 EUR net for a double socket. At least one per room, in the living room 2 double sockets... that quickly adds up to over 2,000 EUR.

The house has WLAN anyway, if only because tablets and smartphones connect poorly with the LAN socket.

So your husband is not wrong. No matter whom I ask among acquaintances... the network sockets are free, everyone uses WLAN.

The truth between 2 network sockets and network in every conceivable place will lie somewhere in between.

Sometimes only WLAN is used, but it is not taken into account that you cannot reasonably cover a single-family house completely with just one router. The network sockets for the access points were skimped on, and people complain that they cannot even utilize the booked speed of the internet connection or that the ping is bad.

For office, parents, child, and TV, I would install a double socket and on each floor a network connection centrally high on the wall or ceiling for access points. If you don't want access points with POE, then don't forget the power outlet. Whether there are other sensible positions can only be judged based on the entire floor plan. And YES, it costs money.

... Regarding the bathroom ... your is hardly understandable due to typing on the phone or edits or whatever. You should ask for an execution drawing.

However, for these changes compared to the architect’s drawing, I only see the possibility of a pre-wall. It doesn’t have to be full height, though. For the washbasin, you could have a surface-mounted installation up to the WC pre-wall. But I still wonder how the WC drain goes to the right side of the plan. ==> Therefore, request a plan drawing.

Thank you very much to everyone who responded, I am noting everything down! I am currently asking all the questions I have, please don’t be upset if I can’t respond to every single post.

My next question, I had a kitchen planned but have not bought it yet. The dishwasher is located to the left of the sink, basically on the wall in front of the window, the second cabinet from the left.

Since I don’t have an installation plan, the electrician kindly created one based on that and I am supposed to check and approve it. Does anyone have experience with this? The first two pictures are from the electrician showing where the outlets should go, and the last three pictures are the kitchen plan. I would really be grateful if you could look over it and point out everything you notice... Yes unfortunately the order in which we build and work is a bit chaotic, but I believe that we will somehow manage it anyway.
