Is it sensible for the expert to inspect the base plate?

If necessary, such a socket can also be surface-mounted.

This was about the bathroom. Would you rather put all the stuff in the bathroom as a dust collector on a false wall that also senselessly takes up space?

I just don't want these false walls. I still have to figure out where which ones will go.... and where some can be removed.

Basically, you only need them in the toilet. Supply and drainage pipes of sinks can go into the walls.

It's a matter of taste. But in moderation, I find them quite practical. You don't have to fill them up completely. Especially around the sink, you quickly don't have enough space for everyday items, and before I hang some Alibert like in the 70s? So I really liked our built-up wall in the old house. In the new one, we'll have the built-up wall "to the side," so not directly in front of the washbasins, but on the adjacent wall, so we can still use the corner a bit. And in the shower toilet, there will be a built-up wall in front of the washbasin, which we'll highlight even more with alternative tiles. We chose the BÄRWOLF Ambience Spatolato Blossom Grey for this, which we'll mix with matching plain tiles. Basically just like in their catalog. I don't even want to think about how much extra money we'll pay just for this "feature built-up wall," but I just love the floral kitsch. =)

Thanks, but I am being told that those from the shower also go into a pre-wall. Everything facing the neighbors, the wall (it's a corner terraced house after all) has to go into a pre-wall, and everything that would only be my wall, basically the wall to my child's room, could be inside. But the bathroom plumber doesn't want to put anything into the wall, which I found strange; later it turned out it's more work, apparently for the same price!!! We are currently feeling very badly advised and ripped off and have already complained.
