Is it sensible for the expert to inspect the base plate?

But it would make sense if you reveal it. Why should x people think about it here and maybe come to exactly that result. You can only shake your head at that, you probably have not understood the purpose of a forum. So, out with your plan. So maximum wall below to the right of the window and right wall. I remind you of your floor plan thread ... even there we always recommended to plan furniture etc. That naturally applies especially to construction-dependent fixtures.

Hello, I know what the purpose of a forum is. I have 4 elements and gave the measurements and the wish to have the sink on the right wall. I said what bothers me, I have no other ideas and wanted to ask the group how you would do it ... I am flexible with the design and have no ideas, that’s why I’m asking.

What do you mean by:

So at most the wall below, to the right in the plan from the window and the right wall.

That the toilet can only be placed there.

With your wishes like the sink on the left side, the toilet would also have to be placed on the left. And in that case, it would have to be ensured that the toilet drain is oriented to the left wall. Now it is on the right, and shower, tub, and toilet on the right don’t really fit sensibly together. That’s just how it is.

It should not be an immense effort to make a 150 core drill. The only question would be whether it works statically because of the reinforcement in the ceiling.

As the openings are now and due to the double window with a sill height of 105, you are nailed to the current design. Unless you move the toilet and washbasin to the wall "above," put the shower to the bathtub, and place the bathtub where the toilet currently is. But that only works if the shower then stands in the middle of the room, free with 2 glass walls on the left and right.

Hello dear members, the man who is doing our Bsd said that it would work without problems. However, I was not surprised, he wants to install the sink surface-mounted... and build a pre-wall and hang it on that, I told him nicely that he should put the pipes inside the wall since the sink side is my interior wall to the children's room. At first he hesitated until he said it is more work. How do you find this plan, I am looking for a sharper picture right away and can someone tell me how it is with surface-mounted and interior plaster... I mean the sink should be on the wall and not on a pre-wall. I also once marked the floor plan as it was originally planned or uploaded the picture. Then another completely different question, we are only taking 2 IT connections... my husband says it is too expensive and would be enough... Ground floor one at the TV, upper floor one in the office and the router will be in the attic... do you think that is enough?

Where do you want to put all your stuff if you have no cupboard? In a cabinet? Very impractical.

Instead, some ugly shelf goes above the sink. Well, if you like that.
