Be sure to include the furniture in the planning, as some sockets are currently behind furniture in our place. Also discuss with switch strips which switch should be on top and which one at the bottom, and document this. For the kitchen, you should already have the installation plan from the kitchen builder.

The "TV" is also fine with a cable channel running inside the wall. It doesn’t just need power but maybe also HDMI, LAN, and audio cables....

A mistake is often to rely only on the electrician for the network. Someone who also knows about networks should take a look.

Hello, quick update, our roof is covered. Now it’s on to the wiring and electrical. I don’t want the bathroom as the architect has drawn it. According to the site manager, I am still flexible with the bathroom design. Only the shell construction is in place. Can someone give me ideas, shower (120 by 1m), bathtub, washbasin, and toilet, all four elements should be in the bathroom.

Well, that’s really sloppy and again surprising that the bathroom planning isn’t finalized yet at this point.

What don’t you like about it? And what do you have in mind? Glassed or built shower? Bathtub size, number of washbasins, width, etc.

And are you sure that the toilet drain pipe can still go everywhere?

Yes, you're right! I always thought the bathroom would be planned when the time comes, so now. I also find it very annoying that no one ever told me that. Now that I have to choose the bathroom patterns, I'm being told the drain pipe is already fixed in the corner where it is marked... but apparently it can be moved... I don't know exactly.

I'm supposed to come up with a bathroom plan as I want, so I wanted to hear how you would design the room.

Glazed shower, 120 by 1 meter
Washbasin 80 cm, only one
Bathtub standard size, no idea, it doesn't have to be special
Toilet also normal.

I don't like that the washbasin is not right at the door when you come in. That should be okay, having the three elements (shower, washbasin, and toilet) in one row is too cramped and not nice, the annoying thing is that because it's the wall to the neighbor, there are so many pre-walls that bother me.

But I wanted you to plan the bathroom freely according to your wishes, more ideas will come that way... than if I already reveal mine to you.
