Is it possible to plan an eat-in kitchen with special requests in only 29 m²?

write a bit about what your style and habits in the kitchen would be like? What do you need it for? Do you eat breakfast? In the evening? Do you cook? Are you very tall? Do you have guests? Do you cook for them?
By the way, I didn’t mean to offend you, just tease a little ;) ... Because a bit of "self-reflection" is appropriate everywhere, not just in choosing a partner, but also when considering rooms and what they can accommodate, using common sense.

Guys, first of all thanks for the initial input, but let's keep things in perspective. I'm not opening a commercial kitchen (OT: I actually owned a restaurant for a year!). I just have a few tiny special requests ;) Everyone can have a go at it here. I’m not condemning any suggestion. However, I certainly won’t be able to accept every one.

So, as requested, here are a few facts:

180cm
male
NR
single since September (after 20 years of marriage)

During the week:

• Breakfast: Usually at the office at the moment because I lack the right atmosphere (in my rented apartment) and haven’t done anything there in the last "half year"

• Lunch: Usually with the family (Mom cooks, my dad, my brother-in-law and one or two of his sons who work with him in the office and I eat together with them)
This is also because I can see my parents (78 + 83), talk about a few things etc. Also, I have my peace (phone off or stays at the office)
My parents and my sister live right next door to each other, my brother is across the street. So all close together. My office is also only 150m away.

• Evening: Usually warm, e.g. vegetable stir-fry with fish or steak (I’m not supposed to eat meat anymore because of rheumatism ;-( ) or just bread with salad (I’m actually not supposed to eat salad in the evening either because of rheumatism)
Usually only water or non-alcoholic wheat beer with it. No alcohol (max. 10 times a year beer or wine)
1-2 times a week I pick up something on the way home from the office (pizza or from the Chinese place etc.)
There is also sometimes frozen food, but rarely.

Saturday + Sunday: Breakfast with part of the family (because having breakfast alone is boring). Usually with sister and brother-in-law, later my brother often comes by for a coffee, sometimes children with their partners, parents. Some will also come to me in rotation in the future. Therefore, making space for 3-5 people without too much effort. Afterwards, I often go to the office (usually without lunch). On Sundays (when "culture" is possible again) I’m usually out during the day until late afternoon/evening.

Dinner as during the week

When I cook in the evening, I usually only need one pan. A larger cutting board for chopping.
Occasionally one or two pots (spaghetti + sauce)

Occasionally (visitors) I need more space (for often 3-4, rarely up to about 12 people). Otherwise, for usual celebrations & parties sometimes more space. In summer, of course, all this should take place outside (terrace ...)

oh, so it is at the moment. In the future, I will "try" to have breakfast at home more often, at least when it is light early. At the times when I lived in Münster and studied at the FH there, I often went to a Caffee "in the morning" and read the newspaper and had breakfast there comfortably. Somehow I have in my head that I would like to have something like that again  Then (my daughter lives only 150m away from my new house) to have the three grandchildren more often in the evening during the week, possibly also during the day on weekends, and cook for/with them

OK. The position of the portafilter machine with grinder is already great. Maybe you want a machine with a fixed water connection someday - then place it right there. We had a corner sink for a long time, I wouldn't build it that way anymore. The drain usually isn’t a big issue elsewhere. Near the portafilter machine would be practical. Take two narrow built-in dishwashers. One is always clean, one is always being filled. That saves you from having to move dishes to a cupboard and is overall space-efficient enough. If you like preparing fish and meat, I can recommend an oven with steam burst and core temperature thermometer. If the microwave is already included, that’s no problem. Siemens HS858, for example. You’ll be surprised how affordable such appliances are when buying a kitchen - don’t be fooled by MSRP. Gas is great for cooking, induction the second and probably more sensible choice. Teppanyaki is great but has few repeat customers - something must be disadvantageous there... Take an induction cooktop with many closely spaced coils and iron pans as a "Teppan replacement." Good “knob devices” are rare. Downdraft extractors are also available separately - I don’t know the current quality differences well enough - however, you should know that a downdraft always requires space in the base cabinet area. Since you’re not positioning your cooktop in the room, a somewhat nicer classic hood from above can look good and work well, e.g., something from Falmec. Pay more attention to the noise level of the fridge than its interior features. Speaking of which: I advise against wall-mounted integrated appliances - the kitchen is in your living space and the likelihood of unpleasant resonances from the fridge or dishwasher increases enormously with this design. Freestanding appliances are somewhat louder than built-in ones with identical technology - so rather build in than place next to. Also think about the trash. Just as inspiration - take a look at solutions in larger motorhomes - you’ll get fresh ideas.

The appliances protrude into the boxed wall. You would significantly reduce your room if you move a wall 30-40cm into the room. That’s nice for houses where a few square meters don’t matter. I would leave it.
