I took a closer look at it and it definitely made it to the shortlist. Cassina offers the Maralunga, also a true classic that I really like. It just doesn't have a footrest but combined with a matching pouf it would be an option. I haven't tried either for a test sit, the Moule is regularly available used but usually not a "bargain" as it ranges between 2300-2700, in leather sometimes even more (new it slightly exceeds my planned budget), I haven't searched intensively for the Maralunga yet. New, however, it's also somewhat too expensive . I have a client nearby who deals in design classics. I'll ask him. He also refurbishes the furniture...

I have been a devoted flea market visitor for 25 years (and still am as soon as it's possible again). I have no concerns or hesitation about buying used furniture and other things. I definitely prefer buying high-quality used items rather than new & "cheap".

We almost exclusively do it this way with furniture. All of it is in more or less like-new condition; you just have to be patient and look exclusively for high-quality furniture. Mostly, these are very well cared for by the people.
In any case, Brühl also has some quite nice, different models. I sometimes also look at Revive, but most purchases are made through classifieds. Although.... we are actually fully furnished, you buy such furniture once and then it stays more or less for life. I had seen this version from Brühl once, but it is hardly available used (yet).

Well, that looks nice, but if I find someone to cuddle with again, that's rather difficult there :p

....and I thought you wanted a quiet life after the construction stress o_O.
I like the model, there should be some privacy when watching TV, and what’s the point of the obligatory bear skin in front of the open fireplace?
By the way, you can easily put a plate with a Cossack tip on the table in between.

My god, you’re old!

Well, and don't forget, I only started wandering around flea markets at 18....

I allowed myself some cuddling, that doesn't cause much stress. The bearskin is out due to lack of a fireplace. Only with possible overnight stays do I have to think very carefully about when I want to allow that again.

And regarding the Cossack tip, I (we) would then have to invite a couple to make it fit ;)
