You can get all of that from Bora in the Professional product line, where gas, (surface) induction, Teppan, etc. can be combined as desired. All with front knob controls.

Controlled residential ventilation and exhaust do not fundamentally exclude each other. The prerequisite is that supply and exhaust air in the kitchen are planned properly...

So,
I did little between the holiday hours, but I don’t want to withhold the screenshots from you.
As an introduction, I will pick up some keywords from the first post again:

You can do everything with the selection of your favorite appliances. Whether there are ovens with integrated fans and front knobs, I don’t know.

You need cabinets for that...

Wow effects are very individual. One should use them sparingly, and in a small space they might not work at all. Your room isn’t exactly large and if you want to stage something, it needs space. Taking your mentioned “hanging oven,” it needs a wall where it is visible. If there is a wall, it shouldn’t have to be used as a traffic area. Unfortunately, this is not the case here; you’re more likely to bump your head (also thinking of the mentioned children), nevertheless I left it in, you can also plan it out if you want :)

In a small space, I would create wow effects through color and materials, after all some things also have to function.

...in my opinion, "room" belongs to clean design. You only have that to a limited extent.

In my opinion, you don’t have space for that.

That’s in the eye of the beholder ;)

So here a practical plan with a kitchen designer. It must be said that the programs are rather modest. The surface design crashed on me... also a free arrangement was unfortunately not always possible,,, here a small dining table would fit in the room.

...and here a kitchen island, the whole room created with homebyme. I’ll leave the project open for a few days in case you want to try something else. The oven could also be under the hob... I didn’t consider a counter because people usually don’t like sitting on a bar stool and that is too inflexible for more people. The table could be designed extendable or foldable.

I would rather design wow effects with a colored glass wall and/or a glass countertop or a golden/shiny “tile splashback”/splash guard.

I see now: I forgot the wall cabinets at the front side  ... never mind ...

Thanks! I wouldn’t have expected that one kitchen island to fit. The first solution comes very close to my original (practical) idea. I had only planned the tall cabinets on the left even taller so that I wouldn’t need upper cabinets, which I don’t really like.

As you said, the oven in the utility room wall looks "lost." That alone as a "design element" really doesn’t make sense. I already like the rest very much. That way I could "integrate" the oven into the island and a downdraft extractor would probably still fit. I looked at the induction cooktop with downdraft extractor from Berbel again in detail at my daughter’s place recently, that should fit. Ventilation has to be there, otherwise despite controlled residential ventilation it smells in the living room for too long.

I also like the seating position at the table docked to the island. Working at the sink also allows a view to the south just like at the cooktop. Really well implemented. The "wow effect" with little space through furniture/elements is hardly possible with the wish list. But maybe then with the right materials/colors.

I have to think about that again.

- No upper cabinets: fits (storage would still have to be sufficient…)
- Island: fits
- Seating area: fits (table + attachments would probably be carpenter work)
- I would rather opt for the fridge here, it’s big enough (we have it in the office). It would need to open to the left for more comfort.

You have planned a wall to the utility room, behind it stands a table somewhat lost. What is it intended for?

I just see that the red refrigerator doesn't fit the design at all. It will have to be a different one after all.

Oh, that’s nice. So the planning showed the right direction for you :) uh, okay... good, then you reserve a corner for canned goods in the AB. Where would you like to store glasses and cups? You’re not getting any younger... ;) Well, there are folding tables on the market... I would also ask the kitchen studio, they would offer you a concept for that. I have that in the program too, which color would you like? Oops... I had to draw the wall in the Nolte planner so that the tall cabinets could dock there (I still had a version with tall cabinets where this wall is... then I probably just transferred it into the other program and forgot to delete it... I tried the table there instead of the round one and just parked it for now :D ... I probably already had the glass of sparkling wine for the celebration then ... Okay, suggestion: I’ll delete the wall and the flying oven and swap the fridge. You can still choose a color for the cabinets. And the wall(s). Or what do you want as a fridge? And since I have a wow effect in my kitchen myself (not planned, but it always causes admiration with visitors), there will be that again separately. But only tomorrow :)

Oh, now I know why I left the wall standing: because of the bathroom door and the toilet... it's a bit unappetizing to look at the toilet from the stove
